Acceptable Wine Return Policy
At Acceptable Wine, we are committed to providing you with the finest wines and exceptional customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your satisfaction.
Return Eligibility:
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or provide a full refund.
Unopened Products: Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging and in saleable condition.
Non-Returnable Items:
Opened or partially consumed bottles of wine.
Products purchased on sale or as part of a special promotion.
Custom or personalized orders.
Return Process:
Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@acceptablewine.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your product.
Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including the packing slip, and write the RAN on the outside of the package.
Shipping: Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Acceptable Wine is not responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
