To highlight the benefits of efficient varietal blending over standard additives, this wine features 85% whole bunch Syrah, which was wild fermented. It is then blended with a portion of carbonic macerated Pinot Noir to enhance its vibrancy and juicy character. The wine is made with all wild yeasts, is unrefined, and is only sulphured at bottling.
The result is a juicy, balanced, and extremely crushable.
